Before You Begin

- Route planning needs your location. Turn on location for FieldKo Atlas in your device settings.

Plan Your Route
The map can draw a route through your remaining visits for the day:- On the map, tap the action button.
- Tap one of these options:
- Suggest Route: Draws a route from where you are through the day’s remaining visits, in planned order. The Suggested Route sheet shows total distance, travel time, and estimated arrival times. Arrival times assume each visit takes 60 minutes.
- Optimize Route: Suggests a faster order. The Optimization Summary compares the original and optimized routes. To show the new route, tap Accept. To keep the original, tap Reject.
- To open turn-by-turn directions, tap the navigation icon next to a stop. Directions open in your preferred maps app.
Accepting an optimized route changes only the route on the map. It doesn’t change your visits’ planned times. To reschedule visits, use the calendar.
