Find Out What Failed
Start on the Sync screen, where the app keeps a record of your recent syncs:- In the side menu, tap Sync.
- Under SYNC HISTORY, tap the latest entry marked PARTIAL or FAILED.
- Under ISSUES, review each issue. Each one shows the record, the object, and a short message.
- Optional: To see the technical error, the fields involved, and the record IDs, tap Show Details.
Fix Record Errors
Find your message in the following tables. In most cases, fix the record and then sync again.Errors You Can Fix in the Record

Other Errors
Each sync retries a failing record up to 3 times. Records with permission or validation problems don’t succeed until someone fixes the data or access. When you ask your admin for help, tell them the record, object, and fields shown under Show Details.

These messages appear on the Sync screen itself, not in Sync History.Fix Photos That Aren’t Uploading

A photo uploads only after its record is in Salesforce. First, fix any record errors in Sync History.
Is Your Connection Fast Enough?
Is Your Connection Fast Enough?
Large photos upload slowly on weak signals. Sync on Wi-Fi, or for future photos, lower Max Photo Size in Settings.
Is Total Images Stuck Above 0?
Is Total Images Stuck Above 0?
A photo that fails 5 times stops retrying but stays in the count. Don’t reset sync yet, because a reset removes stuck photos. First, send your data to FieldKo support.
Fix Data That Looks Out of Date
- Pull-down refresh: Pulling down on the home screen doesn’t sync. On the Sync screen, tap Sync.
- Layout, field, and object changes: These arrive only when you reset sync.
- Missing visits: Check with your manager that you have an active call cycle. Without one, no visits sync.
- Missing records: The record might not be assigned to you. You receive accounts you own or are on the account team for. Ask your admin.
- Edits that don’t reach Salesforce: An edit can sync without an error but not reach Salesforce if you don’t have permission to edit that field. Ask your admin.
- Your change was replaced: If someone changed the same record in Salesforce after you edited it, the app might keep their newer change. See When the Same Record Changes in Two Places.
