The Home Screen
The home screen is titled My Visits. It groups your visits into sections, and each section shows a count.
Each visit card shows:
- The visit name, account name, and address
- A status pill: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled
- The visit type, with a colored dot if your company uses special visit types
- The planned date and time, or Time TBD
- A task counter, such as 2/5, with a green check when every task is done
Pulling down on the home screen doesn’t sync with Salesforce. It reloads visits from your device. To get the latest changes from the office, use Sync.
