A pack-out records the stock you’ve packed out at an account, with before and after photos. Some companies also use a Short Dated Stock version to record stock that’s close to its expiry date. Use this page to open a pack-out from a visit, scan products, and save it.

Open a Pack-Out

You can open a pack-out in either of these ways:
  • From a visit: Tap the pack-out action in the visit’s actions. Your company names this action, for example Pack Out or Add Short Dated Stock.
  • From a visit task: Open a task that asks for a pack-out.
The list shows existing requests with their type, status, and last update. To start a new one, tap Add.

Record a Pack-Out

After you tap Add, record the pack-out in this order:
1

Choose a Principal and Category

Both fields are required. The Category options depend on the Principal you choose.
2

Take the Before Photo

Under Before Photo, tap Tap to capture. The pack-out moves to In Progress.
  • Short Dated Stock doesn’t need a before photo.
3

Scan Each Product

Tap Scan, and point the camera at the barcode.
  • Tip: If a barcode is damaged, tap Barcode damaged? Enter manually, and confirm.
4

Enter the Product Details

Check the Barcode, set the Expiry date, and enter Quantity (cases). Then tap Save.
  • Short Dated Stock also has an optional Quantity (units).
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each product.
5

Take the After Photo

When you’re done scanning, capture the After Photo.
6

Tap Save

You see “Pack Out saved”. Cases Packed Out totals automatically from your scanned items.
Scanned items appear under Scanned Items. To change an item, tap its edit or delete icon. FieldKo marks a pack-out Completed when it has an after photo and at least 1 case. Short Dated Stock is marked complete when you save. Each scanned item saves on your device right away. The app uploads it, along with the photos, at your next sync. Pack-outs on Completed or Cancelled visits are read-only.
