Logging out of the FieldKo Atlas app clears everything stored on your device. Use this page to sync first so your work reaches Salesforce before you log out, switch users, or reinstall the app.
Logging out permanently deletes everything stored on your device, including work that hasn’t synced. The app doesn’t check for unsynced changes before you log out. Always complete the steps in Before You Log Out first.

Before You Log Out

Sync until nothing is waiting to upload:
1

Open the Sync Screen

In the side menu, tap Sync.
2

Turn On Sync Images and Tap Sync

Turn on Sync Images, tap Sync, and wait for “Sync completed successfully”.
3

Check Pending Changes

Under Pending Changes, make sure Total Records and Total Images are both 0.If both are 0, go to Log Out. If either is above 0, don’t log out. Fix the problem using Fix Sync Errors. If you can’t fix it, send your data to FieldKo support so nothing is lost.

Log Out

When Total Records and Total Images are both 0, log out:
  1. In the side menu, tap Logout at the bottom.
    • Tip: On a phone, hold the phone in portrait to see this option.
  2. Tap Logout & Clear Data.
If a sync is running, you see Sync in Progress instead. Tap Wait, and try again when the sync finishes. Force Logout can discard unsynced changes. Use it only if sync is stuck and FieldKo support has told you to use it.

What Logging Out Clears

  • All offline data, including unsynced records and photos
  • All your settings and appearance choices
  • All scheduled visit reminders
The next time you log in, the app runs first-time setup again.

Switch Users on a Shared Device

When a different person logs in on a device, the app asks Switch user? If you tap Proceed, the app deletes the previous user’s data without uploading it. Before you hand over a shared device, complete Before You Log Out so your work is in Salesforce. If you’re the person logging in, check with the previous user that they’ve synced before you tap Proceed.
