TestFlight is Apple’s app for installing test versions of iOS apps. Use it to try a new version of FieldKo Atlas before it’s released in the App Store.

Before You Begin

  • You have a TestFlight invitation for FieldKo Atlas from your FieldKo contact, either an email or a link.
  • If FieldKo Atlas is already on your device, sync first. Open the side menu, tap Sync, and make sure Pending Changes shows 0 records and 0 images.

Install a Test Build

  1. From the App Store, install TestFlight.
  2. On your iPhone or iPad, open the invitation:
    • Email invitation: Tap View in TestFlight, and then tap Accept.
    • Link: Open the link, and then tap Accept in TestFlight.
  3. In TestFlight, next to FieldKo Atlas, tap Install.
  4. Open FieldKo Atlas and log in.
The test build replaces the App Store version on your device. It shows an orange dot next to its name on the Home Screen.

Update to a Newer Test Build

TestFlight notifies you when a new test build is ready. Sync first, and then open TestFlight and tap Update next to FieldKo Atlas. Each test build expires 90 days after it’s released. When a build expires, it stops opening. Install the latest build from TestFlight, or go back to the App Store version.

Send Feedback

  • From the app: Take a screenshot while using FieldKo Atlas, tap the preview, tap Share Beta Feedback, add a comment, and tap Submit.
  • By email: Email support@fieldko.com with the details listed in Report a Problem.

Go Back to the App Store Version

  1. In FieldKo Atlas, tap Sync, and make sure Pending Changes shows 0 records and 0 images.
  2. Open FieldKo Atlas on the App Store, and tap Get or Update.
You can also stop testing in TestFlight: open FieldKo Atlas, and then tap Stop Testing. For more about TestFlight, see Testing beta apps with TestFlight from Apple.
