List views give you live, filtered lists of FieldKo records without building a report: today’s visits, stores nobody has visited this month, or open campaign tasks. Use this page to create the list views managers use most, add charts and Kanban boards to them, and get the right dashboard on your home page.

Create a List View

The steps are the same on the Visits, Accounts, Tasks, and Field Campaign tabs. FieldKo tasks are separate from standard Salesforce tasks. If the App Launcher shows more than one Tasks item, choose the one that lists your reps’ visit tasks.
  1. Click the tab, such as Visits.
  2. Click the list view controls (gear icon), and then click New.
  3. Enter a name, choose who can see the list view, and then click Save.
  4. In the Filters panel, set Filter by Owner to All, add the filters from the tables below, and then click Save.
  5. Click the list view controls, click Select Fields to Display, add the columns, and then click Save.

Pin Your Most-Used List View

To open a tab on the same list view every time, select the list view, and then click the pin icon next to its name. Each tab remembers one pinned list view for you.

Add a Chart to a List View

A list view chart summarizes the records in the list, such as today’s visits by status:
  1. Open the list view, and then click the chart icon.
  2. Click the chart settings, and then click New Chart.
  3. Enter a name, and choose a chart type: vertical bar, horizontal bar, or donut.
  4. Choose the aggregate type and field, such as Count of records, and a grouping field, such as Status or Sales Representative.
  5. Click Save.
The chart updates as reps sync and the list changes.

See Visits on a Kanban Board

Kanban shows records as cards in columns. On the Visits tab, click the display options, select Kanban, and group by Status. You see each visit as a card in Not Started, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled.
Dragging a card to another column changes the visit’s status. Don’t use Kanban to change visit status: reps set it by checking in and out in the FieldKo Atlas app, and Salesforce blocks In Progress and Completed visits that don’t have actual start and end times. Use Kanban to view progress only.

Get a Manager Home Page

Your admin controls the home page of the FieldKo app. Ask them to add components for your role, such as:
  • Your perfect store dashboard or a key chart from it.
  • A report chart, such as call compliance by rep.
  • A list view, such as Today’s Visits for My Team.
Admins can follow Customize the FieldKo App and Home Page. Meanwhile, click the star in the header to add reports, dashboards, and list views to your favorites, so you can open them from any page.
