Track your team’s work in Salesforce: set targets, see where reps are, and review what they recorded on each visit. Everything reps do in the FieldKo Atlas app appears here after they sync.

Set Objectives and Targets

Set targets for how many of each task type reps should complete in a call cycle.
1

Mark Task Types as Objectives

Open each task type record you want to track, select Is Objective, and then save it.
2

Open Objectives

Click the Objectives tab.
3

Choose the Period and Rep

Select the year, call cycle, and rep.
4

Enter Targets

Enter targets for each task type, and then click Save Targets.
The grid shows target, planned, and completed counts by week and by account. Reps see their targets as read-only on Objectives and My Objectives. If you see “No Task Types marked as Objectives found”, mark at least one task type as an objective. For tasks that aren’t tied to visits, use account objectives.

See Where Your Reps Are

Use the Map tab to see a rep’s visits and locations for a week:
  1. Click the Map (Locate Representatives) tab.
  2. Select a rep, call cycle, year, and week.
The map shows the rep’s visits, their current location, and their last check-in location.

Attendance

The FieldKo Atlas app creates one Attendance record per rep per day. To find them, from the App Launcher, find and select Attendance. Each record shows:
  • Login and logout time and location
  • The location trail captured at check-ins, check-outs, and syncs (Historical Location Data), shown on a map on the record
  • Total Time Logged On and the straight-line distance between login and logout
  • Actual Time Worked, the total time spent on completed visits. This field fills in after the daily job that your admin schedules runs (see Scheduled Jobs).
  • The device and app version
Visits and pack-outs are linked to the day’s attendance record. To update Actual Time Worked right away, open the attendance record and use the Calculate Actual Time Worked action.

Review Visit Records

Open any visit to see its planned and actual times, check-in and check-out locations on a map, tasks, notes, and survey answers.

Get Visit Summary PDFs

FieldKo can create a PDF for each completed visit, with the visit details, notes, survey answers, and photos. FieldKo saves the PDF to the visit and the account, and emails it to the rep and the account owner.
Your admin sets this up. They need to:
  • Schedule the visit summary PDF job. See Scheduled Jobs.
  • Create an email template with the developer name Visit_Summary_Template.
  • Optional: Limit which visits get PDFs with Summary PDF Start Date and Summary PDF End Date in the Visit Configurations custom setting.

Review Survey Answers and Photos

On a survey answer, the Picture field shows the photo. When there are several photos, click View Images. To build reports, use the Survey Answers, Survey answer with store, and Visits with Survey Answers report types.

Review Orders

Orders placed in the app appear on the FieldKo Order tab. To see an order with its signature, click Preview. Admins can schedule order PDFs to be emailed to customers. See Emailing Orders. To place an order in Salesforce, use Place Order on a visit, or use the Place Order tab. The Place Order tab works only when Enable Order 2.0 is on. If it isn’t, ask your admin to turn it on.

Review Incidents and Pack-Outs

  • Incidents: Incidents logged in the app are on the Incidents tab, with the distance from the account where they were logged.
  • Pack-outs: Pack-outs are on the Pack Outs tab, with before and after photos, the pack-out rate against target, and a location compliance rating.

Build Reports

FieldKo includes report types, but no ready-made reports or dashboards. Build your own reports from the report types in the following table, and then add them to dashboards. To learn how, see Create a Report and Build a Dashboard in Salesforce Help.

Report Types and What They Include

“With or without” report types also include records that have no related records, such as accounts that have no ranging. The other report types include only records that have related records. If you use an external reporting tool, it can connect to these FieldKo objects through its standard Salesforce connector. See Export FieldKo Data and Photos.

Check Sync Activity

To check whether a rep is syncing, click the Sync Details tab. To read sync details in depth, see Diagnose Rep Issues.
