Before You Begin
- Your admin has set up FieldKo, including task types, surveys, and visit templates. See Install and Set Up FieldKo.
- Your reps have the FieldKo Atlas app and have logged in once. See Your First Day with FieldKo Atlas.
- New to FieldKo terms? See Key Concepts.
Check Your Reps Can Receive Visits
Every visit must fall inside an active call cycle for the rep. Without one, you can’t plan visits, and nothing syncs to the rep’s app.- In Salesforce, from the App Launcher, find and select Call Cycles.
- Check that each rep has an active call cycle that covers this week.
Plan the Week
1
Open the Visit Calendar
From the App Launcher, find and select Visit Calendar.
2
Choose a Rep
Select the rep in Representative.
3
Add Visits
Drag accounts from the Accounts panel onto this week’s days. For each visit, select Use Visit Template or Select Tasks and Surveys, and then click Save. See Plan a Visit on the Visit Calendar.
4
Add Repeating Visits
Optional: For stores the rep visits every week, set up recurring visits instead. See Plan Recurring Visits.
Get the Visits to Your Reps
- Ask each rep to open the FieldKo Atlas app, tap Sync in the side menu, and then tap Sync.
- Ask the rep to check that the visits appear on their My Visits screen.
- To confirm the rep synced, from the App Launcher, find and select Sync Details, and look for a recent record with the rep’s name and the status Success.
Review the Results
After your reps complete their visits and sync:- From the App Launcher, find and select Visit Calendar, and then click a completed visit to see its check-in and check-out times, tasks, and notes.
- Review survey answers and photos. See Review Survey Answers and Photos.
- Optional: Set targets for next time. See Set Objectives and Targets.
What You Learned
- Reps receive visits only inside an active call cycle.
- Visits you plan reach reps after they sync, and their results reach you after they sync again.
- Sync Details shows whether a rep is syncing.
