FieldKo Atlas
October 2026

Highlights

  • Plan your route on the visit map. Suggest Route and Optimize Route show your day’s route, distance, and travel time. When you accept an optimized route, your calendar updates to match.
  • Rearrange your calendar faster. Press and hold a visit to reschedule, move, open, or delete it.
  • Create recurring visits in the app. New visits can repeat weekly or monthly, with an end date or a number of visits.
  • Keep your survey progress. When you leave a survey partway through, choose to save a draft and pick up where you left off.
  • Safer sync. When someone changes the same record in Salesforce after you, the newer Salesforce version is kept, and the sync tells you.
Visit Map and Account Location
  • Suggest Route and Optimize Route draw today’s route from your current location, with distance and time. Optimize Route shows how much time you save. If your route is already the shortest, the app tells you and doesn’t change your plan.
  • Clear messages explain when a route can’t be built, such as when there are no visits, too many visits, an address can’t be found, or your location isn’t available.
  • Capture Location on an account lets you drag the pin or tap the map, center on your current location, and zoom in or out. Saving updates the account’s location.
  • Offline map downloads that stop making progress now end with a clear message instead of running indefinitely.
  • In landscape, map pins stay clear of the date at the top of the map.
Visit Calendar
  • Press and hold a visit to Reschedule, Move, Open, or Delete it. Delete appears only if you’re allowed to delete visits. You can move only visits that haven’t started.
  • When you move a visit, you see the new time before you let go.
  • The month view and the visit list scroll separately, and month view works in portrait and landscape.
  • Canceled visits use their own color, so they’re easy to tell apart from visits that haven’t started.
  • A visit’s planned end can be after midnight. A visit can’t be longer than 12 days.
Create a Visit
  • New visits can follow a weekly or monthly pattern, ending on a date or after a number of visits.
  • The planned end moves later automatically to fit the visit’s tasks or the default visit length. It never shortens a longer time you chose. If your admin turns on Do Not Override Planned End Date, the end you pick is kept as is.
  • Create a Visit fits on screen in landscape, including when the keyboard is open.
Check In, Check Out, and Unfinished Tasks
  • When you check in or check out, a short message confirms your location was found, and how accurate it is.
  • The app gets a fresh location for each check-in and check-out, and the distance check allows for GPS accuracy.
  • If you check in to a visit planned for a future day, the app asks you to confirm. Your admin can choose to block check-in for future visits instead.
  • When you check out with unfinished tasks, choose a reason for each task, or cancel the visit. Reasons come from the task type, and Other lets you type your own.
  • A canceled visit is read-only, like a completed visit.
  • Tasks for the same product and task type are grouped on the visit, with progress such as “2 / 5 Products”.
Next Visit To Do’s
  • Copied tasks go to your next visit to the account on a later day, not to another visit on the same day.
  • If a to-do is assigned to someone else, its tasks aren’t copied to your next visit.
Surveys
  • When you leave a survey partway through, choose Save draft, Keep Editing, or Discard.
  • Opening a survey doesn’t change the task’s status. The status changes when you save.
  • After you answer a single-choice or date question, the survey moves to the next question.
  • Follow-up questions are numbered under their parent question, such as 1, 1.1, and 1.1.2, and answers appear in Salesforce in the same order.
Records and Lookups
  • Related lists show all related records on your device.
  • Tap a lookup value on a card, related list, or form to open the related record.
  • Forms scroll to the first field that needs attention.
  • Number, currency, and percent fields accept your phone’s decimal format, such as 1.234,50.
Photos, Files, and Sync
  • Reset Sync and logging out warn you when photos or files haven’t uploaded yet.
  • Attach File keeps the file’s name. Files over 5 MB and program files can’t be attached.
  • Visit photos are named after the visit and the time they were taken.
  • If you tap Sync while offline, the app tells you the sync was skipped.
  • If someone changes a record in Salesforce after you changed it on your device, the newer Salesforce version is kept, and the sync shows a message.
  • Related records, such as follow-up survey answers, upload in the right order so they stay linked.
  • Attendance records include your device and app version.
Place an Order
  • Line discounts are saved as a percentage, with the amount saved separately.
  • Order statuses that FieldKo sets for you no longer appear in the status list.
Tablets, Rotation, and Pop-Ups
  • Screens resize correctly when you rotate a tablet, and buttons such as Check Out stay on screen.
  • Pop-up lists, lookups, and date pickers respond reliably to taps.
  • Core Ranging, display surveys, dashboards, and pack-outs fit the screen in portrait and landscape.
Pack-Outs
  • A short-dated stock pack-out is completed only after you scan at least one product.
  • Completed pack-outs open read-only.
Other Improvements
  • Restoring a data file from support handles large files and replaces the data on your device instead of adding to it.
  • Visit notes save reliably.
  • Chatter comments show Like or Liked.
