Use this page to find out why a turn-in order was Send Failed or Partially Sent, and what to fix. Each order’s reason is in its error message field, and each send attempt is in the integration log. See Troubleshoot Turn-In Orders.

Checks Before Sending

FieldKo checks every order before it sends anything. If any check fails, the whole order is marked Send Failed, nothing is sent, and the reason is written to the order’s error message field. In these messages, … stands for your wholesaler’s name or the value FieldKo found, and N is the number of line items. Why these checks matter: the wholesaler’s service checks only an order’s format. An order with an unknown store number or product code still gets a transmission number, and then the distribution center drops it without an error. These checks are the only reliable way to catch bad data before that happens.

How FieldKo Reads the Response

FieldKo treats a send as successful only when the wholesaler’s response includes a transmission number. Any other response, even one that looks successful, counts as a failure. FieldKo then compares the line and case totals in the response with what it sent:

Fault Codes

The fault code is on each integration log record.
