If you need help resolving a problem, you can grant login access to your account to the FieldKo support team for a specified amount of time. In order to provide FieldKo support with access, please follow these steps:
Login and navigate to the your profile (photo) avatar in the upper right hand corner and then click on 'Settings'
In the search box type in "Grant" and click below on "Grant Account Login Access"
Set the 'Access Duration' for FieldKo Support admin access (we typically recommend at least 3 days).
Click Save
Note that you can provide FieldKo access to your Production or Sandbox environment. Please ensure that you are logged in to the environment that you wish to grant login access to and then follow the steps outlined above.
