# Send Your Data to FieldKo Support

> Email FieldKo support a copy of your app data so they can recover or investigate unsynced work.

If records won't sync, or you're worried about losing work, send FieldKo support a copy of the data on your device. Support can use it to recover or investigate your unsynced work. Do this **before** you log out, reset sync, or reinstall the app.

## Before You Begin

Set up an email app on your device. If you can't, share the file with [**support@fieldko.com**](mailto:support@fieldko.com) another way that your company approves.

<Warning>
  **The file contains your company's customer and visit data.** Send it only to FieldKo support, through channels your company approves.
</Warning>

      </Tab>
    </Tabs>
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What to Include When You Contact Support

Send these details to [support@fieldko.com](mailto:support@fieldko.com) in a separate email:

* Your name and Salesforce username
* Your device model and OS version
* The app version from your device's app info screen
* What you were doing and the exact message you saw
* For a sync problem, a screenshot of **Sync History → ISSUES → Show Details**
* The **Pending Changes** counts from the **Sync** screen

Tell support roughly when the problem happened. FieldKo records a log of each sync, including the time, result, device, app version, and any error, and support and your admin use it to investigate.
