# FieldKo Atlas 1.0.64

  ## Highlights

  * **Your changes are kept during sync.** Edits you make while a sync is running are saved on your device and sent with the next sync. Downloaded updates don't replace changes you haven't synced yet.
  * **Find any record in a lookup.** Type at least three characters to search all matching records on your device.
  * **See reference images in surveys.** Questions and answer options can show images that you can open full screen and zoom.
  * **Skip photos that aren't required.** Optional photo questions offer **Not Required** and **Do Not Upload**.
  * **Clearer dashboards.** Dashboards show bar, line, pie, and gauge charts, including stacked and multi-series charts with legends.

  **Check In, Check Out, and Unfinished Tasks**

  * While the app saves your check-in or check-out, **Checking in…** or **Checking out…** appears on screen.
  * You can check out when every task is completed or has a reason.

  **Surveys**

  * Images attached to a question or an answer option show a zoom icon. Tap the image to open it full screen, and pinch to zoom.
  * When a photo isn't mandatory, select **Not Required** to skip it, or **Do Not Upload** to keep a photo you took from being uploaded. The question counts as answered.
  * Questions with more than 15 options open a list you can search.
  * Survey status and the related task update together when you save.

  **Records and Lookups**

  * Lookups and account lists show up to 1,000 records when they open. Type at least three characters to search all records on your device.
  * Records show your latest changes, even while a background sync is running.

  **Photos, Files, and Sync**

  * On Android, you choose photos with the system photo picker, so the app doesn't need access to all your photos, videos, and files.
  * Clear messages explain when the app needs camera or photo library permission. If your device has no camera, you can choose a photo from your library instead.
  * The **Sync** page shows **Background Sync Errors**. Tap **Show details** to see them, or **Clear** to remove them. These errors retry on the next sync.
  * Your admin can limit background sync to your company's business hours.
  * Background sync stops when you log out, and picks up cleanly if it was interrupted.

  **Logging In**

  * First-time setup needs a stable connection. If the connection drops, check your network and tap **Retry**.
  * The app keeps you logged in through short connection drops and asks you to log in again only when needed.
  * Logging out and switching users or orgs reset the app cleanly.

  **Place an Order**

  * Prices show the right currency symbol for your org.

  **Pack-Outs**

  * Each scanned barcode is checked against your product list. If the product isn't found, the app shows the scanned barcode and asks you to scan again.
  * If a barcode is damaged or won't scan, tap **Barcode damaged? Enter manually**.
  * Messages about the barcode, quantity, or expiry date appear in the form, next to the field they apply to.

  **Other Improvements**

  * Your profile loads reliably.
  * Messages and confirmations appear reliably, one after another.
