# FieldKo Atlas 1.0.50

  ## Highlights

  * **Plan your day on the visit map.** **Suggest Route** and **Optimize Route** show your route for the day, and you can download maps to use offline.
  * **Reschedule visits by dragging them.** The visit calendar has Month, Week, Weekday, and Day views, and you can drag a visit that hasn't started to a new time.
  * **Complete your visits in one place.** Check in, work through tasks and surveys, place orders, record core ranging and pack-outs, add notes, and check out.
  * **Work offline with confidence.** The **Sync** page shows what's waiting to upload, keeps a sync history, and lets you open or retry an item that didn't sync.
  * **Schedule faster on a tablet.** Drag an account from the side panel onto the calendar to start a new visit.

  **My Visits**

  * The home screen lists today's visits, upcoming visits, and overdue visits.
  * Tap **Sync Data** or **View Calendar** from the home screen.

  **Visit Map and Account Location**

  * **Suggest Route** draws today's route. **Optimize Route** compares your original route with an optimized one, and you can **Accept** or **Reject** it.
  * Tap **Directions** to open the visit address in your preferred maps app.
  * **Download Map** saves an area for offline use, and **Manage Offline Maps** lets you remove saved maps.

  **Visit Calendar**

  * Choose Month, Week, Weekday, or Day view. Weeks start on Monday, and you can show or hide weekends in Week view.
  * Press and hold a visit that hasn't started, and then drag it to reschedule it. In Day view, you can also drag the top or bottom of a visit to change its start or end time.
  * On a tablet, drag an account from the side panel onto the calendar to create a visit.

  **Create a Visit**

  * Search for an account by name or address. Each account shows its full address.
  * Set the planned end with quick options such as 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours, or pick a specific time.

  **Check In, Check Out, and Unfinished Tasks**

  * Check in and check out of a visit, with your location captured if your admin turns it on.
  * Mark a task as complete, or tap **Can't Do** and choose a reason.
  * Filter tasks on the visit by **All**, **Not Started**, **In Progress**, or **Completed**.
  * Tap **Cancel Visit** to choose a reason, and decide whether to copy incomplete tasks to your next visit.
  * Add notes, add tasks, attach files, capture photos, and log incidents from the visit.

  **Next Visit To Do's**

  * Choose tasks and surveys for your next visit to the account, add a note, and assign the to-do to a teammate.

  **Surveys**

  * Surveys support text, number, date, picklist, checkbox, barcode, signature, photo, and other question types.
  * Attach photos to survey questions when your admin turns it on.
  * A progress counter shows how many questions you've answered, and **Next** on the keyboard takes you to the next question.

  **Records and Lookups**

  * Browse accounts and other records your admin sets up, and view, create, or edit them.
  * Related lists show how many records each list contains.
  * Tap an address to open it in your maps app.
  * Forms show the right keyboard for email, phone, URL, and number fields, and **Next** moves to the next field.

  **Photos, Files, and Sync**

  * **Photos** lets you browse the photos you've taken and search by name or record.
  * The **Sync** page shows sync status, total records and images, pending changes, and sync history.
  * When an item doesn't sync, open the record or retry the item from the sync history.
  * Turn **Sync Images** on or off from the **Sync** page.

  **Place an Order**

  * Choose a pricebook and category, add products with quantity steppers, and set the PO date, contact, and status.
  * Capture a signature when your admin requires one.

  **Core Ranging**

  * Choose a range type, search products, and record values with plus and minus buttons.

  **Pack-Outs**

  * Scan or enter barcodes, record cases packed out and expiry dates, and capture before and after photos.

  **Settings**

  * Choose your default calendar view, default visit duration, and default visit start time.
  * Choose your preferred maps app and transport mode.
  * Turn on visit reminders and choose how long before a visit you're reminded.
  * Set auto sync, sync frequency, and Wi-Fi only sync.

  **Other Improvements**

  * Dashboards and Chatter are available from the side menu.
  * The app version shows in the side menu.
