# Personalize Your Home Page and List Views

> Create list views of today's visits, stores not visited, and open tasks, add charts and Kanban boards, and ask your admin for a manager home page.

List views give you live, filtered lists of FieldKo records without building a report: today's visits, stores nobody has visited this month, or open campaign tasks. Use this page to create the list views managers use most, add charts and Kanban boards to them, and get the right dashboard on your home page.

## User Permissions Needed

| To do this | You need |
| - | - |
| Create and edit your own list views | Read access to the object (FieldKo Manager Permission Set for FieldKo objects) |
| Share list views with others | Create and Customize List Views, or Manage Public List Views |

## Create a List View

The steps are the same on the **Visits**, **Accounts**, **Tasks**, and **Field Campaign** tabs. FieldKo tasks are separate from standard Salesforce tasks. If the App Launcher shows more than one **Tasks** item, choose the one that lists your reps' visit tasks.

1. Click the tab, such as **Visits**.
2. Click the list view controls (gear icon), and then click **New**.
3. Enter a name, choose who can see the list view, and then click **Save**.
4. In the **Filters** panel, set **Filter by Owner** to **All**, add the filters from the tables below, and then click **Save**.
5. Click the list view controls, click **Select Fields to Display**, add the columns, and then click **Save**.

To learn more, see [Create a List View in Lightning Experience](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.customviews_lex.htm\&type=5) in Salesforce Help.

### Visits

| List View | Filters | Columns |
| - | - | - |
| Today's Visits for My Team | **Planned Start** equals `TODAY`; **Sales Representative** equals your reps' names, separated by commas | **Subject**, **Account**, **Sales Representative**, **Planned Start**, **Status** |
| Not Completed This Week | **Planned Start** equals `THIS WEEK`; **Planned Start** less than `TODAY`; **Status** not equal to **Completed** | **Subject**, **Account**, **Sales Representative**, **Planned Start**, **Status**, **Reason For Incompletion** |
| Checked In Away from Store | **Actual Start** equals `LAST 7 DAYS`; **Check In Compliance Reason** not equal to (blank) | **Subject**, **Sales Representative**, **Check In Compliance Reason**, **Distance From Account to Checkin (km)** |

### Accounts

| List View | Filters | Columns |
| - | - | - |
| Stores Not Visited This Month | **Last Check-Out** less than `THIS MONTH`; your store filter, such as **Grade** not equal to (blank) | **Account Name**, **Account Owner**, **Grade**, **Last Check-Out**, **Next Visit Plan Date** |
| Never Visited | **Last Check-Out** equals (blank) | **Account Name**, **Account Owner**, **Next Visit Plan Date** |
| Overdue Stores | **Next Visit Due** equals `Past Due` | **Account Name**, **Account Owner**, **Next Expected Visit**, **Days since Last Checkout** |

### Tasks and Field Campaigns

| List View | Tab | Filters |
| - | - | - |
| Open Campaign Tasks | **Tasks** | **Field Campaign** equals your campaign; **Status** not equal to **Completed** |
| Active Campaigns | **Field Campaign** | **Status** equals **Planned** or **In Progress**; show **Percentage of Visits Completed** |

## Pin Your Most-Used List View

To open a tab on the same list view every time, select the list view, and then click the pin icon next to its name. Each tab remembers one pinned list view for you.

## Add a Chart to a List View

A list view chart summarizes the records in the list, such as today's visits by status:

1. Open the list view, and then click the chart icon.
2. Click the chart settings, and then click **New Chart**.
3. Enter a name, and choose a chart type: vertical bar, horizontal bar, or donut.
4. Choose the aggregate type and field, such as **Count** of records, and a grouping field, such as **Status** or **Sales Representative**.
5. Click **Save**.

The chart updates as reps sync and the list changes.

## See Visits on a Kanban Board

Kanban shows records as cards in columns. On the **Visits** tab, click the display options, select **Kanban**, and group by **Status**. You see each visit as a card in **Not Started**, **In Progress**, **Completed**, or **Cancelled**.

<Warning>
Dragging a card to another column changes the visit's status. Don't use Kanban to change visit status: reps set it by checking in and out in the FieldKo Atlas app, and Salesforce blocks **In Progress** and **Completed** visits that don't have actual start and end times. Use Kanban to view progress only.
</Warning>

## Get a Manager Home Page

Your admin controls the home page of the **FieldKo** app. Ask them to add components for your role, such as:

* Your [perfect store dashboard](/managers/platform/perfect-store-dashboard) or a key chart from it.
* A report chart, such as call compliance by rep.
* A list view, such as Today's Visits for My Team.

Admins can follow [Customize the FieldKo App and Home Page](/platform/customize/app-and-home-page). Meanwhile, click the star in the header to add reports, dashboards, and list views to your favorites, so you can open them from any page.
