# View Dashboards

> View your Salesforce dashboards in the FieldKo Atlas app, refresh them, and filter the data, online or offline.

Dashboards show your Salesforce reports as charts, tables, and metrics. You can view them in the FieldKo Atlas app to check your numbers while you're in the field, even when you're offline.

## Before You Begin

If **Dashboard** isn't in your side menu, your admin hasn't turned it on.

## Open a Dashboard

Find the dashboard you want in the list:

1. In the side menu, tap **Dashboard**.
2. To find a dashboard, use **Search dashboards...**, or scroll the list.
3. Tap a dashboard to open it.

The list shows the Salesforce dashboards you have access to. When you're offline, you see the list from the last time you were online. The top of the screen shows whether you're online.

## Refresh and Filter a Dashboard

* **Refresh**: To get the latest numbers from Salesforce, tap **Refresh**. Refreshing needs a connection and can take up to a few minutes. Salesforce allows only 1 refresh per dashboard per minute.
* **Filter**: If the dashboard has filters, tap a filter button, and then tap a value. Filter buttons show **--All--** by default.
* **Full screen**: To see a chart or table full screen, tap its expand icon.

The header shows when the dashboard was last refreshed and whose data you're viewing.

## Supported Components

The app shows these dashboard component types:

* Donut and pie charts
* Bar and column charts, including stacked
* Line charts
* Gauges
* Metrics
* Tables

Other component types show "This component is currently not supported." View those components in Salesforce.

## Messages You Might See

| Message | What to Do |
| - | - |
| No dashboard found. Please go online to view the updated list of dashboards. | Connect to the internet and open **Dashboard** again. |
| No dashboard found. Please contact your administrator. | You don't have access to any dashboards. Ask your admin. |
| Please go online to view this dashboard. | This dashboard hasn't downloaded yet. Open it once while you're online. |
| No Data. | The component has no data for your filters. Try different filter values. |
