A FieldKo Survey is a collection of FieldKo Questions designed to gather structured data from the field. Surveys help you drive compliance checks, capture customer feedback or any other information you need to understand on-site activity.
Once you’ve created and activated a set of FieldKo Questions, add them to a Survey. After saving, publish the Survey instantly to your team—respondents use the FieldKo mobile app to record answers. All responses feed into FieldKo Analytics for reporting and insights.

Creating a New Survey
Click the Surveys tab.
Click New.
Survey Name: Enter a name (e.g. “New Car Safety Survey”).
Status: Select Active to make it available.
Questions: Drag and drop questions from the left list into the survey on the right.
Click Save.
Your Survey is now ready to be assigned and completed in the mobile app.
Reordering Questions in a Survey
In the Survey editor, hover over the question you want to move.
Click and hold the question.
Drag it above or below other questions to reorder.
Click Save to apply the new sequence.
Editing an Existing Survey
Click the Surveys tab.
Find the Survey you wish to change and click Edit beside its name.
Update the name, status, question set or question order as needed.
Click Save to publish your changes.
With Surveys, you can standardise field data collection, reuse question sets across multiple surveys, and leverage analytics to drive informed decisions.
